Another Angry Bird!

Yes, my daughter has caught the Angry Bird Fever... so with putting the time into thinking and making her lunch that she took yesterday, I decided to do something super quick and simple in thought for today's.  I made it yesterday while the egg salad was fresh and more easily spread, but that's fine, because by putting the sandwich on top of totally dried salad, it won't collect moisture.

She has apple slices and a pack of pretzels for additional sides.
